- Educated at independent and at state schools within England and in Wales, Neil completed his education at Cardiff University. On leaving university he served for a brief period in The Royal Artillery. From quite an early age Neil's strengths were in music and also singing. As a result he enjoys playing the piano and composing and arranging music. In his spare time he also likes to research world history and is very interested in economics and politics. To relax he watches some sport especially rugby and football. Neil is a Christian and is also a member of The Church of England. In 2006 he became the new leader of the campaigning organisation 'Monarchy Wales'.
